Who is menopause coaching for?

Menopause coaching is for any perimenopausal – postmenopausal woman (who will most likely be over the age of 35) and who no longer recognises herself. She is lost and feels overwhelmed by symptoms. She’s exhausted, frustrated by weight gain, forgetting even simple things. Wondering why she is so quick to anger, worried about her relationships. She’s lost her confidence and  drive, but deep down she knows she’s more than this and she’s not ready to give up.

Through coaching, the women I work with rediscover their purpose. They feel healthier, fitter, stronger, and more confident. They understand their symptoms, regain control, and set new goals with the clarity and the drive to achieve them.

What to expect:

  • You will complete an assessment questionnaire to highlight the area you most wish to work on.
  • A one hour online 1:1 goal setting coaching session around your chosen area.
  • What we will cover:
  • A deep dive into what is bothering you/holding you back the most.

Join me for this 8-week deep dive into yourself. Together we will explore what is happening and how to not just manage this transition, but to thrive though it and emerge as the very best version of yourself.

What to expect:

  • 8 x weekly online sessions (60 minutes)
  • 1:1 coaching

We will cover:

  • Understanding peri/menopause – Knowledge is power
  • Caring for your body – Nutrition & energy
  • Caring for your body – Movement & habits
  • Managing the mind – Stress, mood and brain fog.
  • Confidence and Self-image – Time to reassess and reset.
  • Relationships and communications – At home and at work
  • Rediscover your identity and purpose – Where are you now, where do you want to be?
  • Your Better Beyond Blueprint – Creating your personalised plan
The menopause plan is also a suitable programme for small groups of women wishing to connect with others and explore shared experiences in a supportive environment.

A deeper, more comprehensive journey with time to explore each area of life in detail, while building lasting tools and strategies to achieve your goals at every stage of your journey.

  • 12 x weekly online sessions (60-75 minutes)
  • 1:1 coaching
