What is coaching?

Coaching is a client centred, non-directive process of development that focuses on empowering the client to make choices and take action. Coach and client work collaboratively to unlock the client’s full potential, identify goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

Menopause coaching is for any perimenopausal – postmenopausal woman (who will most likely be over the age of 35) and who no longer recognises herself. She is lost and feels overwhelmed by symptoms. She’s exhausted, frustrated by weight gain, forgetting even simple things. Wondering why she is so quick to anger, worried about her relationships.
She’s lost her confidence and drive, but deep down she knows she’s more than this – she’s not ready to give up.
